Declaration of Conformity RoHS

We hereby confirm the conformity of our products according to RoHS 2 EU Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 08.06.2011 on the restriction of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, as well as compliance with the maximum permissible concentration in homogeneous materials in weight percent of cadmium < 0.01%, as well as lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate,benzyl butyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate and diisobutyl phthalate < 0.1% each. In addition, we comply with Directive 2015/863/EU and therefore also comply with the updated Annex II amendments for the limits of the supplemented plasticisers.

Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP), butylbenzyl phthalate (BBP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) as well as 2-(4-tert-butylbenzyl)propionaldehyde and its individual stereoisomers, orthoboric acid, sodium salt, 2,2-bis(bromomethyl)propane-1,3-diol (BMP), 2,2-dimethylpropan-1-ol, tribromo derivative/3-bromo-2,2-bis(bromomethyl)-1-propanol (TBNPA) and 2,3-dibromo-1-propanol (2,3-DBPA), glutaral, medium chain chlorinated paraffins (MCCPs) (UVCB substances consisting of more than or equal to 80% linear chloroalkanes with carbon chain lengths ranging from C14 to C17), phenol, alkylation products (mainly in para position) with C12-rich branched alkyl chains from oligomerisation, comprising all individual isomers and/or combinations thereof (PDDP), 1,4-dioxane, 4,4'-(1-methylpropylidene)bisphenol are according to Annex Il of the Directive (last amendment of the candidate list of 23.01.2024) are not contained or only in very small quantities (< 0.1 %).

Dittmar GmbH hereby declares that we ensure RoHS conformity for all our products.

Declaration of Conformity - REACH

Dittmar GmbH, 59457 Werl, as a manufacturer of products, is a so-called "downstream user" in the sense of REACH. Obligations due to the production and placing on the market of substances/chemicals for preregistration or registration (ECHA) do not apply to us.

Our products are articles and therefore not to be defined as substances/preparations (according to Article 3 Definitions). Furthermore, under normal and foreseeable conditions of use, no substance is released from the articles that falls under the regulations of REACH Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (last amendment of 14.06.2023) of the European Parliament and Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). Thus, Dittmar GmbH, 59457 Werl is neither subject to the registration obligation nor to the obligation to prepare safety data sheets. In order to guarantee our customers a continuous supply of reliable and harmless products, we ensure that our suppliers meet all requirements with regard to the REACH conformity of the products we purchase.
